• Shop in person: Visit our award-winning candy shop inside the Worcester Public Market and at our purple candy cart inside the DCU Center in Worcester for all major arena events..

• Order online: Shop our famous Giant Peanut Butter Cups, handcrafted chocolates, Bri-wich Cookies, freeze-dried candy, and more at www.bstsweets.com.

• Shipping: We offer USPS shipping throughout the United States on eligible products.

• Custom orders: Order personalized candy, corporate gifts, event favors, and branded treats with a minimum of 14 days' advance notice.

• Wholesale partners: Find select Bri's Sweet Treats products at our retail and wholesale partners throughout Central Massachusetts and beyond.

• Events: Follow the purple to festivals, conventions, and special events in Worcester County and throughout New England.

Do you offer shipping?

Yes! We ship eligible Bri's Sweet Treats products throughout the United States using USPS.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.

Please allow approximately 2–5 business days for order processing before shipment. Transit times vary depending on the destination and shipping service.

Because some of our creations are oversized, delicate, or temperature-sensitive, not every product is available for shipping. Eligible shipping options will be displayed at checkout.

Can I order online and pick up in person?

Absolutely! Online ordering with FREE in-store pickup is available at our Worcester Public Market location.

Many of our regularly stocked treats are available for pickup within approximately 24 hours during business days. Specialty, personalized, and custom-made products require additional preparation time.

Your pickup timeframe will depend on the products ordered and our production schedule.

How far in advance should I place a custom order?

All personalized, branded, themed, and made-to-order treats require a minimum of 14 calendar days' advance notice.

This allows us time to carefully prepare, customize, package, and perfect your sweet creations!

Custom orders are subject to production availability, and requested completion dates must be confirmed by our team.

Holiday and high-volume orders may require additional lead time. We recommend ordering early!

Can you customize candy with my company logo, colors, or event theme?

YES! Customization is one of our specialties!

We create handcrafted, personalized candy for corporate events, employee appreciation, client gifts, weddings, showers, birthdays, graduations, conferences, and more.

Customization options may include:

• Personalized Bri-wich Cookies (chocolate-dipped OREO® cookies)

Yes! Local delivery may be available for corporate orders, special events, and larger custom orders throughout Worcester County and surrounding areas.

Delivery availability, minimums, and fees depend on the order size, destination, and scheduling requirements.

Free in-store pickup is always available!

Do you offer chocolate-making classes or team-building experiences?

Yes! Our hands-on truffle-making classes are one of our sweetest experiences!

Perfect for corporate team building, employee appreciation, celebrations, and private groups, our classes are designed to bring people together through chocolate, creativity, and fun.

Participants learn from an award-winning chocolatier while handcrafting, decorating, and packaging their own gourmet truffles.

We bring the chocolate, supplies, packaging, instruction, and fun to your location!
