Custom order guidelines

Standard guidelines

Exceptions 

Orders will be ready for pick up 2 weeks after ordering at our retail store inside the Worcester Public Market.
There is a Rush fee for orders needed before 2 weeks. May not be able to accommodate all requests. Christmas orders are required 4 weeks ahead.
If ordering Branded/Image treats, a PDF image for printing must be emailed to bri@bstsweets.com right away.
Delayed receipt of images may lead to delayed production, pick-up and delivery.
Delivery is an option for Monday through Friday and can be scheduled.
No pick ups on Mondays or Tuesdays (unless otherwise planned).
Payment is due at time of purchase or within 5 days of ordering. We will reach out if you need to pay by invoice or company bill.
Custom order will not start preparation until payment is fulfilled or the team has approved the order.
Store candy and treats out of direct light and sunlight. Store at 58 to 69 degrees (65 to 68 degrees is ideal).
Do not refrigerate or freeze candy and treats. Store refrigerated items in refrigerator. Do not freeze refrigerated items.
Orders that meet the minimum of $250 qualify for free shipping. Any orders can be delivered for an $50 fee, or picked up for free.
